Who is responsible
This site is run by Raviteja Vemula, a digital marketing consultant based in London, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law I am the data controller for information collected through this website.
You can reach me about anything on this page through the enquiry form or on LinkedIn.
If you would rather write than use the form, message me on LinkedIn and I will reply with an email address. Every request under this policy is handled personally rather than by a ticketing system.
What I collect

I do not collect special category data, I do not ask for it, and please do not send it through the form. There is no account system, no login and no payment processing on this site.
Lawful basis
For enquiries, the lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted a business asking for a reply, and replying is the reasonable expectation on both sides. For analytics, the basis is consent, which is why nothing loads until you press accept.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all until you choose. There are no advertising cookies, no social media pixels, no session recording and no cross-site tracking. What exists is:

You can change your mind whenever you like: press Cookies in the footer of any page and the banner returns. Rejecting costs you nothing on this site, since no feature depends on analytics.
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google to fetch them and Google receives your IP address as part of that request. No cookie is set by this. If you would rather avoid it entirely, the fonts can be self-hosted; ask and I will do it.
Who else sees your data
Nobody is sold anything, and nothing here is used for advertising. The processors involved are:
- Hostinger - hosting, so the site and any form entries sit on their servers
- Google Analytics - only if you accepted analytics cookies
- Google Fonts - serves the typeface, receives your IP as part of that request
- Fluent Forms - stores enquiry submissions in this site's own database
- Hostinger mail - delivers the notification email to me
Some of these transfer data outside the UK. Where that happens it is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.
How long I keep it
- Enquiries that do not become work: deleted within 12 months
- Enquiries that become client work: kept for the engagement plus 6 years, because HMRC requires business records to be retained that long
- Analytics data: retained on Google's default period, currently 14 months
- Your cookie choice: stored in your own browser until you clear it
Marketing
Submitting the enquiry form does not sign you up to anything. I will reply about your enquiry and nothing else. If a newsletter ever exists, it will be a separate, explicit opt-in with an unsubscribe link in every message, and it will never be a pre-ticked box.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask me to:
- tell you what data I hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything inaccurate
- delete it
- restrict or object to how it is used
- provide it in a portable format
Ask through the enquiry form and I will respond within one month, which is the statutory deadline. There is no charge. If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form entries are stored in the site database and in my email. I use unique passwords and two-factor authentication on the hosting and email accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and I will tell you promptly if anything happens that affects your data.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 18. I do not knowingly collect data about children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the substance of the change is described here rather than quietly swapped in.
