WorkIn detail.

Five pieces of work, written the way I would want to read them: what the situation actually was, what I did, what happened, and what I would do differently. Where I cannot evidence a number, I have not put one in.

No invented metrics anywhere on this page.

01Wizito UK market entry 2022–2025 · Digital Marketing Manager

Taking a French experiential product into the UK

Wizito is a photobooth and event-technology company with five offices in France. I joined as it opened in London, which meant marketing a well-known French brand into a market where nobody had heard of it, against established UK competitors, with French-language brand assets and a French-market website.

I owned digital marketing for the UK entity for over three years: search visibility, paid acquisition, the English-language site, campaign content, and the launch communications for new product lines.

The part I am proudest of: the UK launch of the company's AI photobooth, a product that transformed guests into AI-generated characters on the spot. I wrote and ran the launch communications into the UK events and brand-activation market.

What I did
  • Owned UK digital marketing end to end for three years
  • Adapted French brand and campaign assets for a UK audience
  • Ran search and paid acquisition for the London office
  • Launched the AI photobooth into the UK activation market
  • Produced campaign content across web and social
  • Worked across a distributed French and UK team
Verifiable
  • Role, dates and employer on LinkedIn
  • Launch communications published under my name
  • References available from the Wizito team
Context, honestly labelled
  • Wizito UK holds 4.9/5 from 122 Trustpilot reviews
  • 4.88/5 on Poptop and further reviews on Hitched
  • These rate the service, not my marketing. I include them because the product I marketed was genuinely good, which matters, but they are not testimonials for me
02ISKCON Bhaktivedanta Manor 2025 · Project Manager · Automation · LMS

Delivery, automation and an LMS for a heritage charity

A four-month contract at one of the UK's most visited heritage and faith sites. Charity and heritage environments run on volunteer time, fixed budgets and stakeholder consensus rather than commercial urgency, which changes how a project has to be run.

Three strands. First, project delivery to PRINCE2 structure: defined stages, written products, and decision points stakeholders could approve rather than being asked to trust. Second, WhatsApp automation for enquiry handling and visitor communication, so a small team stopped losing messages that arrived outside office hours. Third, implementing TalentLMS to move volunteer and staff onboarding out of in-person sessions and into structured courses that could run without a trainer present.

Why it belongs in a marketing portfolio: the automation and the LMS are the same problem in two shapes, which is getting a small organisation to communicate consistently without more headcount. That is most of what digital marketing does for small teams.

What I did
  • Managed project delivery across a four-month engagement
  • Applied PRINCE2 stage and product-based planning
  • Built WhatsApp automation for enquiries and visitor comms
  • Implemented TalentLMS for volunteer and staff onboarding
  • Structured existing training material into online courses
  • Coordinated stakeholders across staff and volunteers
  • Produced written reporting at each decision point
Verifiable
  • Role, dates and organisation on LinkedIn
  • PRINCE2 7 Practitioner certification, PeopleCert
  • TalentLMS instance and course structure

Automation for organisations that cannot afford agencies

A boutique practice built around a specific gap: small organisations in retail, hospitality and local services need the same digital capability as larger ones, but cannot carry an agency retainer or a developer.

The answer was almost always automation rather than more marketing. No-code workflows in n8n, ManyChat and AI tools handled enquiries, follow-ups and internal handoffs without anyone writing code or hiring for it.

Best part of the work: training owners to run it themselves. A client who understands their own automation does not need me next quarter, which is the correct outcome even though it is the worse business model.

What I delivered
  • Client websites built and optimised on WordPress and Wix
  • SEO content strategy and Google Business Profile optimisation
  • No-code automation in n8n, ManyChat and AI tools
  • Enquiry handling and client comms without developer support
  • Cost-efficient content plans and update calendars
  • Online training for owners: marketing, site management, productivity tools
04AI Search Readiness Scorecard 2026 · Built and published

A free tool, because the field needed one

AI assistants now answer questions by citing a handful of sources rather than listing links. Whether you get cited depends on things most site owners have never been told to check: structured data, entity clarity, whether your content answers a question outright in its opening lines.

There was no simple way for a non-technical owner to assess their own site against this, so I built one. Fifteen checks, weighted by impact, producing a score and an ordered list of what to fix first.

Built deliberately without a data grab: it runs entirely in your browser. No email wall, no submission, nothing sent anywhere. A lead-capture tool dressed as a free resource would contradict everything I research.

What it does
  • Fifteen weighted checks across five categories
  • Scores readiness for AI citation, not just ranking
  • Returns fixes ordered by impact, not by ease
  • Runs client-side, stores nothing, sends nothing
  • Free, no email required, no account
05This website 2026 · Designed and hand-coded

The site is the sample

Every page here is hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript in a custom WordPress theme. No page builder, no framework, no build step. That is not nostalgia: a technical marketer with a slow, bloated site is a contradiction, and the fastest way to prove I can do the work is to have done it here.

Open the source on any page. Everything below is inspectable rather than claimed.

What is in it
  • Custom WordPress theme, no page-builder weight
  • CSS inlined per page, so nothing blocks first paint
  • JSON-LD structured data on every page
  • Consent-gated analytics: nothing loads before opt-in
  • WCAG AA contrast, verified numerically not assumed
  • robots.txt written to permit AI crawlers deliberately
